Why Store Your Will?
Between 1800 and 2200 people die every day in the United Kingdom, yet less than 400 valid Wills are found every day. Having gone to the trouble of making your Will, you want to be sure it will be around to do the job when the time comes!
The Dangers
- Fire, damp, burglary, tampering, accidental damage, loss and sadly deliberate destruction.
- Many Wills stored in the home are made invalid for a whole raft of reasons but worryingly even more are deliberately destroyed.
- And, of course, if it is stored at home or in the bank etc. can you be sure that its whereabouts will be known? People move. Branches close etc..
- Banks can be very expensive but all of these choices would require a fee if you needed to update your Will.
KEWsWillS believe a far safer option, and for maximum peace of mind, is that your Will is lodged for safe keeping at KEWsWillS storage facility, where, for a small annual charge, your Wills can be safely stored with unlimited simple updates FREE. You are provided with a copy and a certificate with your own identity number and if you wish we can write to your Executors and let them know.
STORAGE FEES:
- One Will: £19 per annum
- Two Wills: £30 per annum
Fees are fixed at this rate for the lifetime of the storage and are set up on a Standing Order.

We never did find my fathers Will and yet I know he made one. The resulting delays and acrimony have left my family badly split. I was telling a friend about this one day when he told me what he had done because something similar had happened in his wife’s family. To stop this happening to them they had invited KEWsWillS to sort things out for them and then keep the Wills in their Storage Facility. It doesn’t cost much and they can change their wills at any time without charge. I’m glad to say we have now done the same.
